While we all continue to navigate the challenges of COVID-19 pandemic, Datamatics is committed to deliver on our services and continue support your business.
With Datamatics operations spread across the globe, Datamatics’ leadership team is meeting on a daily basis to assess the dynamically evolving situation and respond appropriately to maintain business continuity. The health and welfare of our employees remain a priority, and we have implemented several initiatives that ensure employee safety and zero-disruption of services to you. Some of them include:
- For roles that are enabled to work-from-home are allowed to work-from-home. Wherever feasible, managers are taking a call around staggered / shift timings for employees to avoid peak time travel and promote social distancing.
- Our IT team is working tirelessly to source laptops to additionally enable our workforce to work-from-home if further need arises.
- All business meetings are encouraged to be conducted using collaboration tools against in-person meetings.
- We have stepped up our house-keeping services to include sanitization of all our facilities several times a day.
- All non-essential travels are banned, and all employees returning from targeted countries are kept in a 14-day self-quarantined mode.
- All mass events like Recruitment Drives, Training, and Employee Engagement events have been cancelled.
Besides, Datamatics is adhering to all guidance issued by local governments across the globe.
