Bosnia, May 13, 2011: The BSE-listed Datamatics Global Services Ltd., the global Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization focused on delivering smart, next-generation business solutions has announced the setting up its operations in Bosnia. The new office will be inaugurated by Mr. Michael Thuleweit, Managing Director, Datamatics Global Services GMBH (DGSG).
Being a near-shore country, Bosnia is strategically located to provide European language support to the clients. In the first phase the company has roped in people proficient in the German language with plans to expand the team to include experts in Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.
In addition to the business process outsourcing services Datamatics will be offering its clients a suite of services like Document Management Services, Publishing & Media Services; and Finance & Accounting Services. Soon Datamatics would be commencing support for telecom & utility billing software product line as well.
