Datamatics received this award in the Leader size group. As a global organization dealing with the outsourcing industry, IAOP produces the list annually to help companies with their outsourcing decisions.
The jury for the awards comprised industry experts with personal experience in selecting outsourcing service providers for their organizations. The evaluation process considered several key criteria employed by top customers to rank provider organizations on their overall performance and quality of delivery. These include timeliness and flawlessness of delivery. Also taken into account is meeting or surpassing of customer expectations. Datamatics has a proven track record of having exceeded customer expectations in serving several global organizations through immaculate and timely deliveries that have propelled them forward in their Data to Intelligence journey.
