Mumbai, August 6, 2013: Ms. Varad Kamini Arora, Head - Marketing Communications, Datamatics Global Services Ltd. (DGSL), was felicitated with the ‘CMO Asia Award’ in the category of the “Corporate Communication Professional of the Year” for “Excellence in Branding & Marketing” at the Annual Awards Ceremony of the Asian Chapter held in Singapore on 31st July 2013.
The CMO Asia Awards, represented by 25 countries across Asia, recognizes organizations and professionals for displaying leadership in building brands; strategically using innovative ideas and approaches for creating higher brand recall amongst the target audiences.
Commenting on her success, Varad said, “Over the years, Communications has matured into being a key discipline in an organization and it plays a vital role in implementing the strategic planning of an organization. I believe integrated, strategic communications are pivotal to any organization's success in having engaging employees, managing change and achieving business objectives.”
Recently Varad Kamini also received the ‘Leading Woman Chief Marketing Officer Award’ from iiGlobal and Corporate Excellence Award for ‘Best Communications Campaign’.
