Mumbai, March 19, 2014: Divya Kumat, Corporate Head – Legal & Company Secretary at Datamatics Global Services Limited (DGSL), won the General Counsel of the Year (Female) award at the 7th Legal Counsel Congress & Awards at Mumbai on 13th March, 2014. The event, organized by IDEX, focuses on operational challenges faced by General Counsels and recognizes demonstrable achievements across the full spectrum of In-House and Firm responsibility.
There were more than ninety top legal firms and general counsels competing for top honours. Divya won this award for the work she has been doing in upholding the core legal values of transparency and corporate ethics at Datamatics.
