Varad Kamini from Datamatics receives ‘Women Achievers in IT’ award

Mumbai, September 9, 2014: Varad Kamini, Head – Marketing Communications at Datamatics Global Services Limited (DGSL), received the prestigious ‘Women Achievers in IT award’ in the Business Leaders category at INTEROP, Mumbai. These awards have been instituted with an aim to recognize and honour women achievers who have done exceptional work in the Information Technology domain and demonstrated excellence, leadership and integrity in their respective fields.

The awards were presented by F. C. Kohli, also known as the Father of the Indian Software Industry. The awardees comprised some of the best and the brightest in the current Indian IT scenario including Aruna Jayanthi – CEO, Capgemini India; Debjani Ghosh – President, Intel India and Kirthiga Reddy – Head of Office, Facebook India.

DGSL has a well-defined Marketing Communication function spearheaded by Varad Kamini which has gone a long way in establishing the company as a premier IT and ITES provider. She has more than 17 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Strategy, Employee Engagement and Merger & Acquisitions Communications.
