Demo Overview
The video demonstrates how a smart chatbot powered by Generative AI simplifies the IT Service Management or ITSM processes. It can be extended to any support service, such as SAP, HR, Manufacturing, Insurance, etc. It frees the bandwidth of the IT Support team to work on different innovative solutions.
The GenAI and NLP powered chatbot allows querying in simple English language and integrates seamlessly with ITSM tools of choice, for example Jira. The chatbot initiates ticket creation in Jira, fetches self-service steps, check the status of the ticket, receives updates about the ticket in Whattsapp or text messages.
