Employee centric data, coupled with advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions, can help predict and answer questions around why and when an employee will leave and what can be done to retain the right talent. This paper introduces an integrated approach to resolve three key components of hiring, attrition, and engagement; by leveraging pertinent historical records along with additional information through surveys to plug in the data gaps. This study helps determine how we can best enrich our human capital to achieve organizational goals effectively.
