Mumbai, October 1, 2015: Dr. Lalit S. Kanodia, Chairman – Datamatics Global Services Limited, was felicitated with the “Indian of the Year – IT, Consulting and BPO Services” award at the 6th Annual India Leadership Conclave and Business leadership awards 2015. The event was organized jointly by Indian Affairs and Network 7 media group on 18th September, 2015 in Mumbai. At the event, Dr. Kanodia also delivered a talk on “Building India’s Smart Citiesdata – Challenges and Opportunities”.
Indian Affairs Business Leadership Awards, also known as ILC Power Brands, are given away every year to top performers – both individual and organizational – from varied fields of excellence. The awards are given out after being judged by a panel of jury comprising eminent personnel from a variety of disciplines. They reward innovation, sustained performance and excellence in a chosen field. Dr. Kanodia was felicitated in recognition of his lifetime contribution to the Indian IT industry.
