Challenges
The bank had to fulfill a cumbersome statutory compliance process of updating a third party / government system with the details for each mortgage case. On a daily basis, they had to key in details from an Excel file into the third party system across 7 tabs, each containing a minimum of 20 fields.
Solution
Datamatics implemented a multi-bot architecture, rpa robotic process automation tool TruBot, which first validated the customer details in an Excel file dump. The bots then seamlessly updated the government site continuously in an unattended mode to fulfill the task.
