The client had very low visibility of its bench. They faced constraints in quickly accessing the records of resources and deploying them to billable projects.
They had to manually scan through 2500 records of resources on a daily basis shortlist them based on certain criteria. This was a very time consuming task.
Solution
Datamatics performed an analysis of the business scenario and provided an end-to-end solution powered by Robotic Process Automation (RPA). An unattended bot list of on-bench resources in an Excel file at a pre-defined frequency and applied filters based on certain criteria. Subsequently, it sent email to all stakeholders for fast deployment of the resources on billable projects.
