Challenges
On policy issuance, the provider had to update the No Claim Bonus (NCB) slab of their customers in the core insurance system on a daily basis. To achieve this goal, they had to verify the previous policy details for both the private and public sector policy providers.
Solution
Datamatics implemented RPA solutions that validated the NCB slab of the previous policies held in either the private or public sectors, as per pre-programmed logic. Subsequently, it updated the corresponding status in the core insurance system.
