The client is a leading international airport spread over 4,000 acres. What made the situation even more daunting was the scale of transformation required. The airport needed to revamp 178 business processes across 30 departments—a massive undertaking by any standard. Yet, this transformation had to occur without interrupting daily operations or affecting passenger service delivery.

Recognizing the urgency, the client set its sights on a comprehensive digital solution—one that could automate routine tasks, unify process management, and streamline document handling.

The Solution: Intelligent Automation at Scale

Datamatics built a modern, scalable solution tailored to its complex ecosystem. At the core was the creation of a centralized digital site with customized landing pages for end-users—designed using Microsoft Flows and Nintex to automate workflows for 178 business processes across 30 departments. Datamatics ensured seamless synchronization with SAP, allowing data to flow effortlessly between systems and departments.

To address the critical need for centralized information management, a SharePoint-based DMS was implemented. This created a single source of truth for documents, improving traceability, accessibility, and compliance across the organization.

For infrastructure, Azure Cloud was deployed to enable end-to-end monitoring and real-time operational support. This not only enhanced system performance but also enabled mobile access, empowering on-the-go staff with real-time data and functionality. Datamatics performed seamless integration with BIAL LoB application using SAP connector and API/Web Services integrations.
