The Solution: eHousing Lease Automation

The client partnered with Datamatics to develop the eHousing System for managing company lease accommodations. The system streamlined the creation and approval of Company Lease Accommodation (CLA) requests, ensuring a smooth workflow between employees, Heads of Departments (HODs), and ES&A Coordinators.

Beyond approvals, the solution facilitated broker assignments, scheduled site visits, and enabled employees to accept flats digitally, reducing manual interventions and accelerating the leasing process.

The eHousing System also automated the generation of essential lease documents, including Offer Letters, Management Memos, Letters of Intent (LOIs), Allotment Letters, and Lease Agreements. Datamatics empowered the company with real-time visibility, improved operational control, and a significantly optimized lease management workflow.
