The client had a decentralized accounts payable system as they had accounting offices in multiple locations and they wanted to bring them all under one umbrella.

The invoices were routed manually which consumed a lot of time and reduced the productivity and increased the TAT. They wanted to automate the process and mitigate the inefficiencies in the query resolution.

Solution

Datamatics thoroughly analyzed the requirements and implemented TruBot to capture invoice information as well as upload information into SAP and QAD in order to reduce manual efforts.

They implemented Finato workflow to manage documents received at the shared service centre through a document imaging solution, thus eliminating paper invoice routing.
